I'm looking to hire a web designer for a start-up online business. I already have the complete design drawn and laid out, but unfortunately, the company I'm working with is not mobile accessible, nor do they allow user log-ins. I would need both of these for the company. The # of pages would also be dependent on the amount of content added. I would need to be able to manage things with minimum assistance, including adding pages. Thanks, C
