Hello, In December 2010 I hired a company to build my e-commerce based in the UK. After more than one year the website is still not completely done and I decided to hire another company to remake the whole thing. The first company already charged me 24'000 pounds and the second company charged me only 4'000pounds for the same job and they told me that the first company ripped me off badly. Is there anything I can do to get part oft he money back? Thank you
