Hello, We have a Wyoming LLC, a Delaware LLC (Series LLC with 5 Series) and a Ireland Limited Company. Ideally we would like the Delaware Series LLC to become a subsidiary of the Wyoming LLC. We may also want to subsequently have either a) the Wyoming LLC to become a subsidiary of the Ireland Limited Company or the b) Ireland Company to also become a subsidiary company of the Wyoming LLC.
