My small division (inside a medium sized company) generates about 10-30 transactions per month. I will provide a list of all these transactions in excel format to you. And I would like you to enter them into QuickBooks. I expect you to have your own copy of QuickBooks software (I use 2010 edition). I would like to you send me the .QBB file once a week, after your entries are completed. The total amount of work required should be about 1 hr per week.
